Great leaders build leaders.

It’s that simple.

Great leaders know that it’s important to first assemble a team of people who, individually, are meant for that work.

But we don’t exist well as islands.  We need one another and we need purpose to really thrive.

A great leader knows that...

1. .. in any company, regardless of the size, income, location or number of team members, that everyone needs to buy into the corporate vision
2. ...each person, regardless of their background, age, education level, religion, whatever, needs to adopt the values of the organization
3. ... the above need to be clear

The issues – vision and values – ground an organization and bring talented people together for a common purpose.

If there is someone in your organization who is indifferent, perhaps they haven’t found the post that allows them to thrive.  Or perhaps they don’t have the resources or elements to truly bring out their brilliance. Maybe they don’t see how their value contributes to the bigger picture.
