What do you see?

When you look around, do you see beauty or suffering?  Do you see scarcity or abundance?  Do you see challenge or opportunity?

Rahm Emanuel popularized, “Never let a good crisis go to waste” as there are those who capitalize on challenging times.  Trash to one is a treasure to another.

So, are things falling apart or falling together?  Reorganization can feel painful or encouraging or both painful and encouraging depending on how you frame it.

When people use the cliché, “In reality …” and continue on as though what they see through their filter is all that exists, could they be missing a spectrum of alternatives in an alternate reality?

The reality is, you not only have the power to choose how to see it, you have the power to change that reality.

Energy Intuit, Cathy Chmilnitzky, posted, “It’s funny how people will believe in Wi-Fi, invisible waves powering everything but still think energy, frequency and vibration are just some mystical nonsense”.  She explains that we rely on energy like Wi-Fi and, “Just like those invisible signals support our modern lives, our thoughts, emotions, and energies resonate at frequencies that shape our reality."

By holding a thought for 17 seconds you begin to transmute the energy of that thought which sets up an attraction for similar frequencies.  So, what are you thinking?

We have been taught that we are powerless, to rely on perceived authorities, and that we have no control over our existence.  But, in fact, we were born rich, born with the qualities to be the hands of the creator and born to live in love and joy.  First, we need to think it.

As Dr. Jack Kruze readies us, “Real power comes from knowing less. Unlearning. Letting go.  Slowing down.  Sitting still. Silencing the mind.  Only then can your energies gather. And focus."

We are powerful beyond imagination because we are electromagnetic beings sending and receiving signals every moment of every day.  It is within our power to enrich or destroy.

Be the hands of your creator, the magic of the season, the master of the invisible and create the world you want to experience … one 17-second pause at a time.
