This week is all about energy!

If you’re catching any of the Olympics you’re witnessing energy in all forms stirring like crazy, not unlike the financial markets! Mercury is retrograde and the Lion’s Gate Portal is fully open on Thursday. Nothing this year will top this week.

🏛️PHYSICAL 

 
 

When it comes to our body, there is more than meets the eye!

We think of our body in terms of its physical appearance but that’s only skin deep (sorry, the pun was just so appropriate). It’s what we can’t see that is where the real genius operates yet where many personal barriers exist.

Monday of this week started with some record drops in all aspects of the market in multiple countries US, Japan, and beyond: Global markets experience massive crash (msn.com)  It reminds us that the economy is like a bouncy castle: fun when it’s inflated, tough to climb out of when its not.

I don’t pretend to know all of the interconnectedness of the markets but I follow those that do; they’ve been predicting this for a while saying that the 2009 recession was just a warmup. Everyone is affected by economic shifts, some directly, and everyone indirectly, so it behooves us to recognize the storm on our doorstep.

I remember when events were cancelled in March of 2020 and downtown Toronto, that usually booms in the summertime, was quiet.  And with no concerts, sporting events, or presentations of any kind happening, especially in the big venues, the spin-off of the void affected the food vendors, taxi drivers, security guards, providers of everything from themed merchandise to cleaning services, hoteliers, servers, uniform providers …well, you get the picture.  None of us is immune to the backlash of drastic measures.

So perhaps the question of the day is, how do you position yourself to weather what’s to come with the least amount of resistance?  I believe education is key however school didn’t teach us of some fundamentals when it comes to money … or even what IS money!

Our intellectual mind has heard these a thousand times …

·        You can’t pour from an empty cup

 

·        You need to put on your own oxygen mask first

 

·        It is not selfish to put yourself first

 

·        You can’t give what you don’t have

 

·        Self-care is non-negotiable. 

….but are we listening?

Your body suffers when you don’t feed it well, relationships suffer when you don’t feel well, work suffers when you don’t sleep well, but yet we still think self-care is a luxury when in fact it’s vital. Self-Care: Why You Need It and How to Do It (health.com) 

It’s not your fault, though.  Fighting the battle of playing beat-the-clock and keeping everyone happy can be challenging, not because of lack of self-love or good intentions … it’s more because of the ongoing mind-control programming away from being your best.

It only takes two impressions for your brain to pay attention to a pattern forming.  Think of all the sitcoms that take place in coffee shops or bars, the constant reinforcing through movies, media and social behaviour, how accessible coffee and alcohol are, and that they are so firmly planted in our culture that you need to offer an explanation when you choose not to have either.  Yet, both are toxins that slow you down and disallow you from being your best.

The way to self-care is by self-respect and self-respect comes when your conscious mind chooses to override the programmed mind.  Start by filling your environment with healthy, empowering messages.

🏛️SPIRITUAL

 
 

You need only to look at our fingerprints to grasp that we naturally accept diversity.

I had tears in my eyes several times while watching this video.  PLANDEMIC 3: THE GREAT AWAKENING - The HighWire  It distills much of thousands of hours research these past four years into 1.5 hours that will helps us understand that it’s not buzz words or external programs that we need, it is simply to “remember” who we are.

There are several timestamps I noted of exceptional quotes and insights – it’s a remarkable film -  one such being when Dr. David Martin says, “Take the hand of that memory and go out and stand on ground….see if you can feel the heartbeat of the Universe that conspired to give you life so you can once again feel the joy of being completely human, and then never forget that moment.” 

Everyone talks about diversity but there is nothing more diverse than every individual human being.  When, as a collective, we agree on a set of rules of conduct, then we are free to live out and express our individual selves as long as we mind the code.  It’s self-governance where no authority oversteps our rights and freedoms because we have already been given ultimate authority over ourselves.  And we are one with nature.
